The employee 's written description is as follows. My partner and I were doing a transfer from CMC Ithaca [REDACTED] to [REDACTED]. Patient was loaded onto the stretcher and while we were loading the patient (patient was approx. 300llbs). I was on the right side of the stretcher when we lifted the stretcher pushed it inside the ambulance the stretcher shifted inside the truck stretcher was corrected and locked into place at that time I felt a pull pop feeling in my upper middle back that radiated to my left side and to my left hip. While en route to the RPH the pain had gotten worse and I started feeling nauseated. When I arrived back to [REDACTED] I informed the team leader and was instructed to go to the ED.
