EE states: The patient 's name [REDACTED] called for a reposition around [REDACTED]. I called the break relief [REDACTED] and I ask her to help me reposition patient 's after we pull her to the right to turn her to the left side I told [REDACTED] that I can handle the patient to do the rest [REDACTED] went out the room but the patient stating she is crooked so she ask me to pull her upper body towards the right so I did pull her upper body towards her right side after that I feel a little sharp pain on my shoulder I didn 't reported it thinking the pain will be gone but after few days the pain starting to get worse and bothering me more today when I help the Rt to pull my patient up in bed for breakfast I feel the pain on my shoulder back.I told the charge nurse.
