What happened
Emp states Picked up patient overdosing patient was moved into back of ambulance post narcan administration. Patient had vomit in his facial hair beard and mustache unable to determine if there was blood present in vomit as facial hair was dark. I removed my glasses because they were scratched foggy in order to see and obtain a BGL with a glucometer. After the BGL was collected the patient said something to me so I turned towards his face to have him repeat himself. He then coughed and vomit from his facial hair got into my R eye. I immediately flushed the area with saline.
