What happened
While installing additional ethernet lines into the ceiling a team member had used a ladder (step) to access the ceiling tiles. Due to renovations being done on the room a door had been taken off of its hinges and propped against the wall. The team member descended from the ladder and reached out their back foot towards the ground. That foot caught on the door placed next to the ladder and caused them to slip and fall. The fall sprained their left ankle and caused a bruise to their elbow.
