Before the incident
Employee was draying a reefer container from [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and parking it into the dole yard.
What happened
The employee parked the reefer container into an open space in the yard and got out of his truck to plug it in to shore power. The employee opened the metal cap on the the receptacle with his left hand and went went to put the plug in with his right hand. When the plug entered the receptacle with the plunger disengaged he felt a shock in his left hand that was grabbing the cap and immediately dropped the cord and removed his hand.
