Employee was assisting a truck driver by opening a container door that was about to back down into [REDACTED] at the transfer dock
What happened
The employee cut the seal on the container door and opened the right door swung it open and went to open the left door. The employee unlocked the handles on the left door and grabbed the inside of the left door to pull it open. At this time the right door swung back due to a wind gust and trapped his right index fingertip between left door and the right door slam plate.
