What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a team member was drilling holes in a piece of wood. While simultaneously holding the piece of wood with their Left hand and holding the drill motor with their Right hand the drill bit slipped; causing it to come into contact with the glove on their Left hand. Due to the momentum of the drill motor the drill bit twisted up the glove and punctured the team members hand between their thumb and index finger. The team member was initially treated by an on-site first aid team member; however due to amount of blood loss paramedics were called to further assist. Team member was transported to local emergency room for further treatment; was released with a prescription antibiotic.
