What happened
I was exiting the back of the hospital to return to my office in the MOB. The floor between the 2 buildings were wet because it was raining outside and there is a rip in the awning between the 2 buildings. I took a step and my foot slide out from underneath me and I fell onto my butt side. My upper back and neck has started to ache since the fall.
