EE stated that she was bending over and lifting fiber and it felt like I pulled something.
What happened
EE came to HSS to file for Workers Compensation. EE completed W C paperwork. On [REDACTED] HSS was called to the East Plant for EE 's personal medical. EE also said that her right shoulder was hurting at that time EE didn 't say anything about hurting her right shoulder at work. EE had no swelling no bruising and had good range of motion on [REDACTED] in her right shoulder. After EE got off of work on [REDACTED] EE went to Tippah County Hospital where she was treated for Sprain Strain to right shoulder and neck.
