Before the incident
EE states that he changed a router head on router #11. After changing the head he stood back towards the t-nut machine while the machine operator started a cycle. When the operator started the cycle a cup holder for a console frame (12"x6"x3 8" approximately) was caught by another one of the router heads and projected towards EE. EE was struck in the left lower abdomen.
