Before the incident
On [REDACTED][REDACTED] working on [REDACTED]. While transferring Mrs. [REDACTED] to the bedside commode the commode shifted. having to stabilize the bedside commode and keeping the patient safe my right knee twisted. Later in the shift I noticed I was rubbing my right knee due to discomfort. Not at the time relating the discomfort I was experience to the transfer of the patient. As the shift morning progressed the right knee felt a bit sore and stiff. After arriving home I was able to ice the right knee and take a few Ibuprofen for discomfort. I will continue this treatment for a few days unless further care is needed.
