What happened
While opening the electrical panel employee cut right pinky finger knuckle on back of hand. There was a witness when it occurred and neither knew it happened until there was blood on floor. Inspecting the cut it was determined that the injured employee should receive additional care for cut and was sent to clinic for evaluation.
