What happened
while assisting pt back to bed. pt began to wrap her arms around me to steady her gait and while doing this she was pulling on me which caused me to lean forward to prevent my self from falling. i then started to notice a pulling sensation in my back. [REDACTED] RN was called to bedside and educated pt on proper transfer technique.
