What happened
While playing a team building event I heard a crunching and tearing sound in my left arm. Immediately afterwards I felt pain and had reduced mobility. Since then mobility is more reduced swelling and bruising as occurred and it is painful to touch. I am having difficulty rotating my wrist extending my arm and raising my arm.
