EE was helping a Tool Room Associate open a mold using a c-clamp.
What happened
EE had hand on the c-clamp which was inside the mold keeping the two halves of the mold apart. EE adjusted the position of the c-clamp on the mold and in the process the c-clamp slipped too far and the mold halves closed onto the EE 's finger which was inside the mold.
