Operator was monitoring and inspecting glass coming from the cut line. Operator walked to the west side of the cut line ([REDACTED]) to look for potential defect she thought she saw pass her on the conveyor belt.

She thought she saw a defect on the product so she leaned over the outlet conveyors to get a better look. She put her left hand on the outlet conveyor. The conveyor grabbed her hand and she became stuck. She hit the e-stop and pulled her hand out.
