Going down on to the track to get his vape that he had dropped.
What happened
[REDACTED] was about to go into the destacker cage when he went to pull his gloves out of his back pocket. When he pulled out his gloves he dropped his vape onto track 13. After locking out the cage door and going down the ladder on to the track he picked up his vape and ran back to the ladder. when he went to duck down to go under the I beam to get to the ladder he did not duck down far enough hitting the top of his head.
