Replacing the belts after having to replace the motor.
What happened
EE was working on replacing the belts on a motor for the scrubber. While putting the belts back on the sheave EE and maintenance employees were having to turn the motor and fan pulley by hand and roll the belts into their place. While doing this EE ended up getting his hand caught between the belt and the sheave causing a laceration to his right middle finger
