What happened
[REDACTED] we had an injury on 2nd shift. A team member was lifting a larger unit out of a WH when he said that something popped in his back. He was team lifting and the unit was approximately 120lbs. The team member immediately told us that something had happened. We got him an ice pack and we then had him sit down. This happened at approximately [REDACTED]. He said that the pain went from a sharp pain to more of a burning pain by the time he left. We offered to find him a ride home but he said he would be okay. We were able to talk him into getting a ride form someone before he left so he called a friend and found a ride home. He said that he was going to continue to ice it when he got home. This TM has had prior non-work related back issues.
