What happened
Employee picked up an offal piece of 2.2 off of the table and it broke as he was carrying it to the rack. Cut was steri-stripped and checked on the [REDACTED]. It looked fine when we checked it on [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] ee called and said that it was swollen and warm to the touch and he couldn t walk on it. He came in and we looked at it and took him to Occ Health immediately. It is infected.
