*Employee lifting heavy objects on 2 separate occasions. *Objects weighed approximately 65lbs to 100lbs. *In both instances Employee did not seek help for team lifting. *Tasks being performed by employee included changing batteries in the JLG that weigh approximately 65lbs each second task was changing a pump on line 1 ashton which weighs approximately 100lbs + which was lifted approximately at ankle height onto the mounting bracket. *Employee did not feel any discomfort until [REDACTED]. *Employee decided to go to urgent care for mild discomfort in the groin area. *Employee informed manager about going to urgent care and being placed on light duty by doctor doctor also informed employee that it could be a possible hernia.
