Before the incident
Breaking 1 2 x 144 trim into cullet box.
What happened
Between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was breaking out 5mm on glass tech. he was throwing trim away and it was 144 trim on the sheet. As he was breaking the trim in cullet box he said his had slipped down the trim and it went through is cutting glove and liner and sliced his right middle finger open. He contacted the shift supervisor on the radio and we had to go first aid room and clean. We wrapped in gauze and he wanted to go hospital. Doctor gave him and x ray cleaned the wound and three stitches.
