What happened
Employee was walking back to their area and slipped on lucite powder that was on the floor in closing. Employee fell and hit their right knee off the floor. The employee had stated very little about this injury. She approached the Safety Manager on [REDACTED] stating that the knee was still sore and she wanted it looked at . A call to the Occupational Health office was made to schedule an appointment. The injured employee was seen on [REDACTED] and she received an order for radiology exam of the right knee a restriction from kneeling for 1 week and suggested to take Over the Counter Ibuprofen 800mg 4 tabs 200mg every 8 hours with food and Ice the extremity.
