A Lamination technician reported feeling chest pain on his left side while performing a normal task of lifting glass at the Lamination Load area. He stated to the Safety Manager that he didn t know if it was a strain or a heart issue. This employee then shared that he has a history of cardiac related issues. He also stated it didn t feel like a normal muscle strain and he had a headache. During this interview the employee displayed a subdued appearance. The employee was advised to seek opinion from family doctor. The employee departed with a parent. The employee called the plant at approximately [REDACTED] to alert them they went to a walk-in clinic and received a lifting weight restriction of 30 lbs or less for 4-6 weeks and return check on [REDACTED].
