What happened

Patient threw and broke phone. He then stormed the nurse 's station trying to escape. Me and fellow co-workers went hands on and physically restrained. He thrashed and flailed druing our attempts to restrain him. Once the situation was under control I realized my right forearm all the way up to my shoulder as well as lower back pain Sharp and left forarm bicep was stiff.
