What happened
I was assisting client up to a standing position using gait belt. Client was struggling to stand. I assistred from his right side first then moved to his left side because he was paining more to the left. He was frustrated because he couldn 't stand and we tried about four times to stand all with dead weight once half way up he put all the weight so he would go back to sitting. His knee were buckeling and I pulled my muscles in my back and right arm getting him to stand and grab onto his walker.
