What happened
Turned chamber off walked to the door and as I turned to open chamber door I fell. My rt ankle slipped off my shoe twited it and I fell down. My right knee hit the floor first then the rest of my body. I hit dynamapp on my way down. I have a 5cm scratch on my left foreram 4x2 bruise a scratch on my rt knee and discomfort to my entire rt foot ankle. My rt elbow also has a scratch.
