I was folding sheets; a towel fell on the floor so I bent over to pick it up. As I was standing back up to straighten out my left knee popped and burned and hurt. The pain was under the knee and to the right inner aspect of the left knee. The pain was a 10 10 when it happened. Now it is a 7 10 when walking.
