What happened
Lifted the piece off the pallet with another employee ' help to position on the table. EE positioned one 's end of the piece while another ee handled their end. Unfortunately another ee pushed the piece across the table a moment before ee was ready for it and didn 't not notice that happening. The piece then slammed into ee 's forearm before ee was able to react. Initially the pain and sensation was minor but increased throughout the day.
