What happened
[REDACTED] was in nutrition room to get hot water from coffee pot burner for bed bath. Hot water does not get warm enough in room faucets. She poured water into basin to take to patient room and as she began to walk basin slipped out of her hands and the host water from the coffee pot warmer oured all down her legs feet. She had immediate redness to foot seen she shoe removed and redness to legs. Water is usually taken to room shot from pot and cool water added once in rooms to bathe.
