What happened
Employee pushed up safety guard on used needle and placed syringe inside brown envelope from pharmacy. Employee placed envelope in drawer of computer on wheels and was to put it in sharps later. When the nurse removed the envelope from the computer on wheels she dropped the envelope and it hit her knee. She felt a prick on the left knee and noted blood.
