Employee was helping a co-worker build a table. He went to take it off the build cart when one of the legs broke free causing him to lose his grip and the leg hit him in the forehead. He did receive a cut on his forehead but we administered first aid which helped the bleeding stop rather quickly. He did not seek out medical treatment for this injury.
