During a routine wet wash an employee placed a gasket roll and a tube of gasket glue on the [REDACTED] platform when he realized that he forgot his knife to cut the gasket material. While attempting to walk down the stairs from the [REDACTED] platform the operator proceeded to come down the steps. When the operator stepped onto the 3rd step he slipped as his right heel made contact with edge of the step.

When descending from stairwell on [REDACTED] employees slipped and fell on steps.
