Engineering tech was attempting to move a scissor lift to park the lift. The lift would not move due to the battery being dead. He received a call in wrap and unhooked 1 of the safety straps from the lift however he forgot to unhooked the second one he went to walk away from the lift and was pulled back into the lift by the second strap causing injury to his back.
