When she stepped down she rolled and twisted her left ankle and fell into the customers yard. DA did not seek medical attention at this point in time and she managed to finish her route and gave her incident report to dispatcher at the end of her route. The DA decided to seek medical attention on [REDACTED] which stated her injury diagnosis as Closed avulsion fracture of the left ankle.
