old line was in the process of being removed and the new line was being brought in a powered pallet jack handler was moving a pallet of cookie sheets from the area- the load was unstable and [REDACTED] attempted to grab the unstable load with his hand and this caused his wrist to be caught inbetween the conveyor and the fallen stack of pans.
