A trash run during initial descent
What happened
I put the trash into the Trash Cart there was a slight turbulent and as I looked up at the Lead [REDACTED] he said “[REDACTED] you need to sit down” while lowering the L2 jumpseat for me. As I attempted to quickly to sit down I felt an abrupt turbulent which slammed me to the galley floor. I landed on my left side with my neck hitting the L1 bulkhead between my head and left shoulder
