What happened
SED bulk driver was making a delivery to an account. As he was pulling a pallet jack behind him a store employee stepped out of an aisle in front of him. As he came to a sudden stop the pallet jack struck the back of his foot causing a contusion. IE stopped work and reported the incident. A relief driver was sent to finish the stop so IE could be seen at the clinic.
