Driver reported that she had fallen and believed she had hurt her right ankle The DA stated that they were attempting to deliver the package to the customer when the DA had fallen and twisted their ankle DA stated they were in serious pain and believed that they had broken their foot DA was communicating on the phone with the onsite dispatchers when it was believed that they had passed out while on the phone The dispatchers onsite ended the call and tried calling the DA back when they answered DA reported that they had passed out and the customer came outside to check on them The customer then called [REDACTED] to provide an ambulance for the DA The driver was transported by ambulance to the nearest local hospital to be treated for their injuries After receiving treatment it was stated that the DA had three fractures in their right ankle
