What happened
There were 5 employees lifiting a 438 lb wheelchair from the ground to the belt loader and while trying to maneuver the wheels to align with the belt loader her hand got caught between the wheel of the chair and the metal bar on the chair. The reason it got caught was because the other side if the wheelchair wheel was being pushed and lifted onto the belt loader which made the other wheel move forward essentially feeding her hand between the wheel and bar.
