What happened
I went to check the patient while he was in bed to see if he had a bowel movement. Another nurse helped me to turn the patient and I had increasing pain to my mid and upper back. We had the bed elevated to help assist with turning the patient and he was trying to help hold onto the bed rails but he was very weak and couldn 't help much to turn when we changed him.
