Associate was watching another nurse draw blood from an accessed port when the other nurse handed this nurse the test tube with vacutainer attached when blood sprayed out and got on this RN 's left finger. Associate states it was about 3cc of blood on her exposed fingers cuticle area. Associate came to [REDACTED] and states she picks on the skin around her cuticles.
