Before the incident
finishing work day in the PCS LDRP office - took the elevator down to [REDACTED] Security and walked out the double doors to parking lot
What happened
Two employees were finishing workday in the LDRP PCS office and leaving for the day to get home due to the current weather conditions. We took the elevator to the 1st floor ER and walked out the double doors past the security office. Once we got to the curb to step into the parking lot we both immediately fell onto the parking lot pavement from the sidewalk curb. [REDACTED] fell forward onto her face front and received a 1 inch laceration to her forehead above her right eyebrow. It was immediately bleeding and first aid was provided by writer [REDACTED] until we were able to check into the ED for evaluation.
