What happened
Slipped in Driveway of Senior Center when stopped at Veggie Mobile Location stop. Was not carrying anything at the time. Was going out to the truck to the cash box. A volunteer was with EE on location but manager was inside the Senior Building when EE fell. EE did not report his fall to anyone other than his supervisor. Landed on bottom and back. A little bit of pain scale of 1-10 7. Ouch Line recommended that EE go to [REDACTED] to be seen.
