Before the incident
Working with an office patient who needed to go to the exam table but was in a wheelchair.
What happened
An elderly patient in a wheelchair needed to be placed on the exam table for a knee injection. Daughter asked for me to assist the patient out of the wheelchair. I assisted by helping the patient stand. Patient took a step forward while pulling on my body and I felt immediate pain down my arm. I felt an immediate pop and tingling down my right leg into my toes.
