Employee was sitting with a patient 1:1M[REDACTED] d t patient having AMS extreme confusion. EE was kicked very hard on the left side of neck with leg foot by patient. Immediate swelling to left side of EE neck EE became very dizzy nauseated and vomited. EE was taken immediately to [REDACTED] for [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]] and [R[REDACTED]ACT[REDACTED]]. OUCH line was contacted by EE after discharged by ER. D t nature of injury and immediate s s after the injury OUCH line was called after being seen by physician.
