What happened
Patient was unable to position self in the eye bed correctly. Patient was unable to lay flat due to lung issue so myself and coworker had to boost the patient higher in the bed with the head of the bed at a slightly upright position. I felt a slight pull on my back on the right side when we boosted the patient. It was not a unbearable pain at first but as the day went on it hurt more. By the end of my shift the pain started to take my breath away with certain movements.
