Employee was carrying a tote out the back of the van door While still carrying the bag the employees foot caught on an oversize box on the floor and they fell out of the back of the van They mostly landed on the tote bag but their right knee made contact with the ground and their right hand also made contact and was underneath the tote bag Another employee was there as a witness When the employee stood up their right ring finger was bent at a 45 degree angle and the employee bent it back but then became nauseous Other employee assisted in taping the fingers together with first aid kit on hand
