[REDACTED] was moving tote bags in van as he was moving one in his hand the stacked ones began to fall towards him [REDACTED] dropped the bag in hand and tried to step away from falling bags but one caught his wrist and ended up twisting and pulling employee down at an odd angle bending their neck and shoulder area [REDACTED] stated that they heard a pop then felt a sharp pain and tingling on his left side and even his face felt numb and left hand down to fingers [REDACTED] did finish route and reported at end of [REDACTED]
