Employee was reaching for packages on the middle shelf of the larger three shelf van When they were coming back up with package they hit their head on the back of the metal shelf above Employee stated that at first they did not notice much except some pain in the location where they hit it but a few hours farther into the route they noticed more vision issues and then at one stop when they were going into the back they got dizzy and light headed and that is when they called Dispatch Dispatch when talking with them felt they sounded disorientated and decided that they needed to go to Urgent care ASAP
